I have always been happy to take the family out camping for our summer vacation.  For me, that is the type of vacation I am used to, as it is how I spent my childhood.  I think that my children do love to go camping as we do have a lot of fun, but for my wife it is another story.

You see, until my wife met me, my wife had never been camping in her life.  It was a big shock to her, and I love the fact that she gave it a go for the past ten years.  But I thought that this year we could go on the type of vacation that she did as a child.

When my wife was a kid, her parents took her to many different theme parks all over the world.  She has told me so many fun stories of those family vacations that she went on that I thought it was time that we tried it her way.

I wanted to make sure that her family could afford to go on such a trip so I’ve been checking online to see what the prices of attractions tickets are and what our final destination will be.  I think I have come up with a final list of three places that I will present to the wife and the kids and let them decide where our family vacation will be this year.  I know the trip will be different for me, but I bet it will be lots of fun.
